Online counseling can be beneficial because it is convenient, private, and offers sometimes a more effective way to learn and communicate in text or with resources at your fingertips. Video allows for personal interaction. I have been offering video and online counseling services for a few years now and involved in research on its effectiveness. I offer these service in Florida and internationally.
